Your weekly history lesson

We've been studying the ancient people of Crete, known as the Minoans, for the past little while. Anyway it seems as though they were wiped out by a devestating volcano that occured on another island but that covered Crete with ash and left it uninhabitable. I figured it is a rite of passage for elementary students to create their own volcanos so here is ours.

KAren, the island was called Thera (now called Santorini). I have a big collection of books from variousd LosT Civilizations, if you like to use them, let me know and I'll be glad to bring them to you.
