i ran away from my children today.
i ran all the way down to the park, seven houses away.
i ran as fast as i could
one found me
i told him i needed some space
i don't think he got it
oh well
i did, though, so i ran away
it's good to run away even if it's only for five minutes
you should try it someday.

i think it's time to send them to camp sacramento. good times. camp carmichael is also good.

I'm glad you had the courage to do it instead of "using your mean voice" as my 3 yr old says. I just might follow your lead sometime (although I've done it in my head many a time).
This made me laugh because it reminded me of all the times my mom would drive away. Wasn't until we were older that we realized she drove the car just far enough down the street that we couldn't see it :)
